2. How does FitStreet help me earn money?

FitStreet keeps track of your workout details and offers an unique exchange policy where calories burnt and distance covered during a workout can be traded for monetary benefits with the help of FitStreet reward points and cashback schemes along with FitStreet organized fitness based competitions which offer grand cash prizes.

3. How many reward points do I get for every calorie I burn?

Users are awarded one FitStreet reward point for every calorie burnt. Calories burnt are retrieved from your connected tracking app. In case we do not get this data from your connected app, we use a rule of 1 kilometer = 75 calories = 75 points.

4. How does FitStreet keep track of my workout details?

On connecting with our partner apps such as MapMyFitness, Strava, RunKeeper and HealthKit (only for iOS) or with wearable fitness devices such as FitBit, iHealth, MI Band and Jawbone Up among others, FitStreet automatically syncs your workout details such as distance covered and calories burned into our system.

5. How does FitStreet help me save money on online shopping?

FitStreet helps users save money on online shopping when they shop from our partner websites such as Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra by offering an exclusive cashback scheme, which can be availed by redeeming FitStreet reward points.

6. How is FitStreet informed on purchase of an item from partner websites?

FitStreet receives a notification of purchase from partner websites following which FitStreet starts the process of transferring the cashback value to the wallet of the users.

7. How do I connect a tracking app?

The side menu has an option to connect apps and devices. Choose among the list of available apps and wearables to connect with and once you make your selection, you will be redirected to the page of that particular application. On logging in to that particular app, FitStreet will be allowed to access your tracking device.

8. How long does it take for connected apps to sync data with the FitStreet app?

It generally takes 24 hours, but if your data synchronizing is taking longer then usual then please contact us at support@fitstreet.com device.

9. How does FitStreet point redemption work?

There are multiple ways to redeem FS points:

Option 1:

  • 1. Visit the FitStreet store accessed only through the FitStreet app
  • 2. Select the exclusive FitStreet products you want to buy as you check out discount and cashback details
  • 3. A popup page will appear asking for your confirmation to redeem FitStreet points to get cashback where you can confirm redeeming of points
  • 4. Cashback will be credited instantly into your account on completion of transaction

Option 2:

  • 1. Under main menu visit “ Redeem FS Points ”
  • 2. Select awesome products available for sale through our partner websites
  • 3. A popup page will appear asking for your confirmation to redeem FitStreet points to get cashback where you can confirm redeeming of points
  • 4. On being redirected to our partner website product page, complete your purchase as you would do normally if directly visiting the website
  • 5. FitStreet will be notified about your purchase within 72 hrs and we will credit you cashback amount after the transferring process is complete

Option 3:

  • 1. The ccoupon section on the homepage has coupons listed under various categories from where you can select the coupon and offers you are interested in after reading the discount and cashback details carefully
  • 2. On selecting the option to start shopping, popup page will appear asking for your confirmation to redeem FitStreet points to get cashback where you can confirm redeeming of points
  • 3. On being redirected to our partner website product page, complete your purchase as you would do normally if directly visiting the website

10. Where do I see my earnings?

After you are logged in, you can see all your earnings (Including earning from challenges) under wallet section.

11. What exclusive merchandise does FitStreet offer?

FitStreet offers its own merchandise including trendy active-wear and sports-wear; tailor made with exclusive designs such as waterproof and washable headphones fitted into customized sports and workout jackets, available for purchase only through the FitStreet app.

12. How do I contact your customer support team?

You can reach to us at 9831911955. Alternatively, you can also get in touch by e-mailing us at support@fitstreet.com . Our customer support team is available Monday - Friday from 10 am - 7 pm IST. We guarantee a 48-hour response time, but we hope to respond to your request sooner than that.

Cashback:

1. Where can I redeem my reward points for cashback purposes?

FitStreet reward points of a certain valuation can be redeemed for cashback purposes on products offered by our affiliate partners like Flipkart, Amazon and Myntra as well as on our own merchandise, which is available under the FitStreet store.

2. From the time I do a transaction, how long does it take to actually get my cashback?

There are 2 cases where you are eligible to get cashback from our app:

First, when you buy merchandise from the FitStreet store. In this case the cashback amount in instantly credited into your wallet, however on cancellation of the order within the cancellation period, your cashback is removed from your wallet for that particular transaction.

Second, when you buy merchandise from our partner’s store. In this case the time may vary between retailers and the type of purchase. Normally within 4-72 hours of a transaction, we send you an email stating the cashback due to you. This is called 'pending' cashback. Once the return period of your product/s is over, the retailer knows that the sale was genuine, and then pays us in the next monthly payment cycle. The status of this transaction shall then automatically move to 'confirmed'. From the time of your purchase it could take between 1-4 months for your cashback to get confirmed.

3. What does it mean when the cashback is in pending state?

When valid transactions have been acknowledged by retailers but are still within the return/exchange/cancellation period, your cashback is in pending state. For example, if you make a purchase through FitStreet for Rs. 500, within 1-3 days you shall receive an email from us acknowledging that you have a cashback value of INR 55 (at 11% cashback rate) in pending state. However if you return/cancel/exchange your order, the transaction is cancelled and the cashback is removed from your pending earnings.

4. What does it mean when the cashback is in confirmed state?

Confirmed earnings are those that have been approved as valid sales from retailers. On collecting a minimum of Rs. 250 as confirmed cashback, we can transfer the money for free to your Indian bank account by NEFT or you can use that money to purchase our own merchandise available under the FitStreet store.

5. How can I assure smooth cashback transaction?

To enable your cashback to track successfully, we recommend that in your browser settings you permanently allow cookies, JavaScript and third party images. Clear cookies to get started. Always visit retailer links only through FitStreet and not by typing retailer website names on your browser screens. Avoid using quote references or codes provided by a comparison site as FitStreet will not receive any commission from retailers and will be unable to give cashback to you. Keep all email confirmations and documents from the retailer - just in case you need to use the information for submitting an earnings enquiry. You can always keep track of your earnings (including rewards from challenges) under the wallet section.

6. What does it mean when the cashback is in pending state?

7. What do I do if I do not receive a cashback confirmation for a purchase?

If your purchase was less than 3 days ago, please wait a little longer. It usually takes between 4-72 hours for retailers to track sales. However, if your purchase was over 3 days ago, please submit a missing cashback ticket within 10 days from the date of transaction. Any missing cashback claims will not be accepted after 10 days. Sometimes, though rare, retailers fail to track a transaction on their end. After we receive transaction details from you, we can follow this up with the retailer to get your missing cashback. In order to submit a ticket, you need details such as retailer name, date and time of the transaction, transaction amount, order or transaction reference and any other information to help track your transaction.

8. When can I withdraw my cashback value?

Cashback value can be withdrawn after pending status is converted to confirmed status in around 60 days. Money in pending form still needs to be completely processed before it can be withdrawn. Users may also choose to not withdraw the cashback and instead use it to buy exclusive FitStreet merchandise available on the app.

10. What is the minimum value of money I can withdraw?

The money in confirmed state can be withdrawn in cash on reaching a minimum value of INR 250.

11. How do I request for payment or bank withdrawal for cashback? Are there any restriction or charges?

Cashback can be paid to you as per the below terms: Only confirmed cashback can be paid. Pending cashback cannot be paid till its status has been updated as ‘confirmed’ by the retailers. When you have earned a minimum of Rs.250 as confirmed cashback, we can pay the money to your Indian bank account via NEFT (for free). Depending on your bank, this payment should reach your account within 6-8 business days for payments via NEFT. When you have earned a minimum of Rs.250 as Confirmed cashback, we can pay the money to your Indian bank account via NEFT (for free). To request payment, login to your FitStreet account. Under ‘Wallet’ click on ‘request withdrawal’. Here you can fill in your Indian bank account details that you want us to pay the cashback to. Money earned though FitStreet organized contests can be withdrawn at any time regardless of the amount. Options to withdraw money are found under the ‘Wallet’ section.

12. How long does it take to receive money via NEFT?

Payments are made every week on Monday. All payment requests made by Friday 2 p.m. IST would be paid on the following Monday. Depending on your bank, this payment should reach your account within 6-8 business days.

13. Does cash in my wallet expire?

Absolutely not, this is your hard earned money and you may choose to use it according to your convenience.

Challenges:

1. What are FitStreet organized contests?

FitStreet aims to motivate users through free contests offering mind-blowing cash prizes. Contests range from events including running and cycling competitions through which data such as distance covered and calories burned are mapped and regulated to determine the winner who receives cash prizes up to INR 10,000.

2. Is there any cost for participating in contests and challenges?

Users can participate in challenges free of cost, and are rewarded with cash prizes and other incentives offered by FitStreet, such as sales on premier FitStreet apparel and merchandise.

3. How will I get my prize money?

Users must submit valid proof of their workout details in the form of images provided by the fitness based apps, which indicate duration, distance and other GPS tracked workout details such as timing, average pace and splits of the workout. Manually logged workout data are not accepted as proof for contests. Prize money is credited to the wallet of the user.

Shipping, Order Tracking and delivery:

1. What is FitStreet Shipping policy?

We strive to deliver products purchase from us in excellent condition and therefore we partnered with best delivery companies to ensure our customers timely delivery and hassle free online shopping.

2. What is the delivery time period?

Once the Customer has successfully placed an order for a product, the same shall be delivered within 3 (Three) to 7 (Seven) days, however this may be slightly vary depending on the shipping address of the Customer.

3. How do I track my order?

Select the ‘My Order’ option to track your orders under the main menu of the App.

4. Delivery is free or is there any shipping charges involved?

Delivery is free on order above Rs 500, however shipping charges of Rs 100 will be levied on order below Rs 500.

Cancellation, Return and Refunds:

1. What is the FitStreet return Policy?

Returns are accepted upto 15 days after product delivery. Products should be in unused conditions with all original tags and packaging intact. To schedule a return, email us at support@fitstreet.com mentioning your order number and cause of return/exchange. Customers will have to self-ship the product, as a reverse pickup facility is currently unavailable. Customers will be paid upto INR 100 for the return mail, which will be credited to the customer’s wallet.

2. Where should I return my Product ?

For self-shipping your returns, customers are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit through a reliable local courier service to the address mentioned below:

- 172/a, Bagmari Road, 4th floor, Kolkata - 700054, Landmark- Opposite ESI Hospital.

3. How do I cancel my order?

Customers can go to the ‘My Orders’ option under the main menu and choose to cancel the partial or full order within 24 hours of the order being placed and before it gets shipped. The refund amount will be added to the customer’s wallet. If the order has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel it. However, you can politely refuse to accept the shipment and let us know about it. If you have accepted the shipment, you can return the product through our return policy.

4. What are the terms and conditions for refund?

Once the refunded item is received at our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check. Typically the refund process is initiated within 2 days of this quality check. Expected refund resolution timeline is 7 days post quality check. All refunds will be credited in your FitStreet wallet as store credits, which you can use to buy FitStreet merchandise under the FitStreet store or request for withdrawal.

If you are a guest user, you will need to register with the email address used to place your order in order to access the wallet.

5. Are exchanges allowed?

Yes. For exchange of products, kindly follow the return procedure for the product you want to exchange then use the store credit we give you to place the order for the new product.

Payment:

1. What is the FitStreet payment policy?

For products brought from our affiliate partner websites such as Amazon, Myntra and Flipkart, all payments should be done at the affiliate partner websites. FitStreet does not accept payments for affiliate partners. FitStreet only accepts payments for products purchased from the FitStreet store.

2. What payment methods do you guys accept?

We accept Master/Visa credit cards and all major debit cards. Options of net banking, cash on delivery and payment through FitStreet wallet are also provided to customers.

3. What should I do if my payment fails?

In case of a payment failure, please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) and that your internet connection is not disrupted in the process. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days.
