RETURNS AND REFUNDS
In case a User is not satisfied with the quality of the product then he shall have to ship the product back to us to the following address; 172/A, Bagmari Road, 4th floor, Kolkata- 700054. The Refund shall be valid so long as it is within 15 (fifteen) days from the date the product has been delivered. The Product must be in an unused condition along with the original tag that came along with the product and packaging. After which, the customer must contact our support system to inform them regarding the same. Once the Customers have shipped the product back to the Company (Aadya Fitness Solutions Pvt. Ltd), a quality check is carried out by the Company before the entire amount is refunded to the Customer’s wallet on the Website/Application. With the money refunded, the Customer is entitled to use the money either for converting it to actual money or they may use the money to purchase other products within the Website/Application itself. Further, a maximum amount of Rs. 100 (One Hundred) shall be credited into the account of the Customer in furtherance of delivery charges. The Customer also has the option of exchanging his product for another on the Website/Application. The refund shall be extended within 7 days from the time the quality check has been carried out.
